 • Typesetting -- base on customer's information: (Q size, line spacing, character spacing, column width), BeautyART will correct our errors without charge, Clients are liable for any errors, omissions and amendments in the manuscripts.  Additional frees will be required for correction.
 • If data file supplied by client, the cost will be equivalent to 75% of the charges specified above, for simple layout and pagination.
 • A surcharge of not less than 50% will be levied on additional PMT copies, depending on the amendments required.

Remarks

1. Prices subject to change without notice.
2. Design and Production are quoted on a per job basis.  Estimates received by phone are subject to change depending on receipt of all job material.  If you need a firm estimate, send us all materials first.  Clients are advised to quote prices when placing orders.  Otherwise, special charges will be levied automatically without further notifications.
3. Please provide font names for all characters within logos or names.  Font matching will count as digitize logo.
4. Minimum charge 1 hour for all hourly rate items.  More than 1 hour, will charge on every 15 minute.
5. All prices above are not include any shipping cost, additional price will apply.
6. All services are Cash On Delivery, unless Credit Payment has been approved.
7. All data file will store in our office for 1 months, unless backup service required.
8. Due to the quality of floppy disk, we do not guarantee to restore data from floppy backup disk.  If data lost and need to redo the job, it would count as a new job.
9. Office Hour: 9:00am -- 5:30pm, Monday -- Friday .  Additional charge for late night or week-end service by appointment.
10. AdCity makes every reasonable effort to maintain turn-around times.  Depending the nature, volume and complexity of work, actual turn-around times may vary.  If your job requires critical turnaround time, please confirm with the us.
11. We use the latest version systems & softwares to operate file, if any error due to conversion problem from the older version system & softwares is the customer's responsibility.
12. When customers OK the final proof (laser print), AdCity will continue the final process (Hi-Res laser / Lino-output / Offset printing).  If the final process is different from customer's final proof, BeautyART will redo the final process for free.  If errors do remain on the customer's final proof, AdCity cannot be held responsible.
